Work Hard, Play Hard 

Syntellers are actively involved in organizing and participating in a wide range of Fun @ Work events at Syntel. A variety of events are conducted throughout the year, providing a platform for Syntellers to showcase their hidden talents.

Apart from providing ample opportunities to foster team spirit and collaboration, these events provide a Syntellers with a great way to take a break from work. Events include Sports Meets, Annual Day festivities, celebrations for festivals and special occasions such as New Year, Diwali, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and many more.

At every stage, Syntellers join together not only to work hard delivering results to our customers, but also to have fun and celebrate.

In addition, Syntellers can participate in S’Prayas to have fun while delivering joy and inspiration to needy children. S’Prayas activities include sports, arts, environmental campaigns, factory and museum visits, exploring parks and planetariums, and much more!
